Michael Sandler
Vice President of Finance

Mr. Sandler is instrumental in the marketing, planning, financial and fundraising aspects of the organization as a member of the Charter School's Executive Committee. Prior to joining the organization, he devoted his professional talents to growing his own marketing consulting practice entitled, IntelliMarketing Services, Inc. He also manages the critical decisions, support, responsibilities, and duties associated with his position as Director of Market Research and Intelligence at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey.

As a former Senior Associate of Stamos Associates, Inc. in New York, he was charged with overseeing business development for the firm and marketing activities, which targeted the Insurance, Managed Care, and Health Care industries. Having held various management positions in operations, policy development, planning, strategy, marketing, client management, and finance for over an eighteen-year professional career, Mr. Sandler brings specific marketing competencies, and a unique understanding of organizational development to the committee. Since the early stages of his career, Mr. Sandler has contributed significantly to many community based, not-for-profit service organizations as a planner, program developer, counselor and administrator.

Mr. Sandler has earned a B.B.A. from Hofstra University, a M.B.A. from Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration, and a Certified Health Consultant (CHC) designation from Purdue University Krannert Graduate School of Marketing and the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association.
