BIOGRAPHY FOR PROF. OYLER

 

 

 

Professor Celia Oyler is an Associate Professor in the Department of Curriculum and Teaching.  Professor Oyler has a Ph.D from the University of Illinois.  Her academic work centers around teaching for democracy, social justice and full inclusion.  Since 9/11, she has been collecting curriculum materials for elementary school teachers dealing with Islam, Muslims, and anti-racist teaching.  Professor Oyler has been a Teacher for 15 years.  Her scholarly interests and a list of her selected publications are listed below:
