Tariq Karim El-Shabazz, Esq., is the former Philadelphia Assistant District Attorney and current Senior Partner of The Law Offices of El-Shabazz and Harris. Mr. El-Shabazz's commitment to education has been consistently demonstrated over his 14 years of practice. As Chairman of the UMM Scholarships fund and Board member of Say Yes to Health, an educational program designed to assist inner-city youth, Mr. El-Shabazz constantly urges inner-city students to excel academically. As a guest lecturer of the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business, Mr. El-Shabazz reaffirms the importance of education and community service to numerous B.B.A. and M.B.A. degree candidates. He earned his B.B.A. in Management from Hofstra University, and he earned the J.D. degree from the University Of Baltimore Law Center.
